Position Overview

We are excited to offer a Part-Time Senior Sales Support role at our new store in Cannock, Midlands. As a Senior Sales Support, primarily servicing back-of-house operations, you will embody Ralph Lauren's elegance and luxury while providing exceptional client experiences.

This is a part-time position, offering 16 hours per week.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Replenish the sales floor efficiently, ensuring all styles, sizes, and colors are available at all times.
2. Transfer stock to and from the sales floor.
3. Receive deliveries and verify their accuracy.
4. Maintain customer support standards according to store guidelines and standards.
