Experience Level: Senior Analyst

About The Company

The Tithonia Group is dedicated to allowing stranded innovation to exist and thrive within the life sciences industry. This group's purpose is to improve patient access to medicines globally by providing the best home for proven pharmaceutical products. The group is formed of two sister companies with distinct strategies: Androlabs and Simple Pharma.

What is Androlabs and when did we start?

Founded in February 2021 with the acquisition of products from Ferring Pharmaceuticals, Androlabs is a fast growing global men's health pharmaceutical company. Our products are commercialised in 20+ countries throughout Europe, the UK and Australia.

What is our mission and how do we work?

Our mission is to improve outcomes for men, by helping them along their prevention and treatment journeys. We currently have two prescription products, which have already been used millions of times by men across the EU and beyond. However, this is not nearly enough - men tend to be under-diagnosed and under-treated (especially for the two conditions we currently focus on - low testosterone and erectile dysfunction).

We are re-evaluating the traditional model of the pharma industry and developing an alternative solution by prioritising targeted, science-led prescriber engagement.

Requirements

The Role

We are recruiting a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our expanding sales team across Europe.

As a Senior Sales Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of enabling commercial success. Your work will ensure our sales processes are efficient, our data is actionable, and our team is equipped to perform at their best. You'll be responsible for optimising the tools, systems, and insights that underpin field activity, ensuring that every engagement with a healthcare professional is supported by sharp analytics and operational clarity.

This is a pivotal role that connects the dots between sales inputs and business outcomes — helping us drive smarter decisions, shorter sales cycles, and more meaningful engagement across the field.

Who will you work with?

You will be part of a collaborative sales and commercial team, working alongside the Head of Sales, Commercial Director, Marketing Manager & in-field sales team.

Your Core Responsbilities

  • Sales Performance Analysis & Reporting
  • Gather, analyse, and present data from various sales tools and sources to monitor performance, pipeline health, and key KPIs.
  • Design and maintain intuitive, data-driven dashboards and reports that deliver actionable insights to the sales team and leadership.
  • Track sales performance against individual and team targets, generating regular summaries and recommendations for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Sales Enablement
  • Connect input metrics (e.g., outreach activity, engagement rates, conversion ratios) to sales outcomes to drive informed decision-making.
  • Assist in building accurate sales forecasts using historical data, trend analysis, and real-time pipeline insights.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that increase productivity, optimise workflows, and reduce sales cycle times.
  • CRM & Tool Management
  • Manage the CRM system (HubSpot), ensuring data integrity, consistency, and usability across the sales function.
  • Train sales team members on CRM best practices, supporting effective data input and utilisation.
  • Continuously document, refine, and optimise sales processes to ensure adoption of best practices and scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and campaign efforts, ensuring the sales team has the right tools and messaging.
  • Support broader commercial and strategic planning initiatives with data-driven insights and recommendations

Requirements

Must-haves:

  • Previous experience in a sales operations or commercial analytics role, ideally within a high-growth or fast-paced environment
  • A strong commercial mindset with a passion for leveraging data to drive revenue growth and operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to work with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) to translate raw data into meaningful dashboards and insights
  • Experience in linking sales inputs (e.g., prospecting activity, campaign engagement) to business outcomes (e.g., pipeline conversion, revenue), with a track record of influencing strategic decisions
  • Advanced skills in Excel and/or other data analysis tools
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms and experience ensuring data quality and user adoption
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly to a variety of stakeholders
  • A keen eye for detail, coupled with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams

Nice to have:

  • SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Experience with HubSpot is preferred but not essential.
  • A degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

In addition to core role-based skills, we seek people who share our vision, possess business acumen, enjoy solving problems, and are excited about development and growth.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role in an exciting, early-stage business where you will be encouraged to contribute ideas and help shape the company's trajectory.
