Job summary

Connells Group is seeking a Senior/Sales Negotiator to join the Mann residential sales team in Canterbury. The role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, and other services.

You will generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales to completion, with uncapped commission and a competitive base salary.

Qualifications

Ideally, have previous sales experience.
Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
Be organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

Generating and booking property valuations
Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
Maximising opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
