Job summary

Connells Group in Christchurch is seeking a motivated Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join Palmer Snell's residential sales team. You will deliver excellent service to customers, book valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers and progress sales to completion.

The role offers industry-leading training, a clear career ladder, and opportunities across Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes, with a base salary of £25k plus uncapped commission.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is desirable.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literacy with MS Office and email systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and secure sales.
• Progress sales through to exchange and completion.
• Schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.
