Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, seeks a highly motivated Senior/Sales Negotiator to join Mann in Canterbury. You will deliver exceptional service while driving business results, from valuations to exchange and completion, and you’ll help schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

The role emphasizes career progression, industry-leading training, and exposure to Sales, Lettings, Mortgage Services, Land, New Homes within one of the UK’s leading property brands.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience in a property or estate agency environment.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven setting.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literacy including MS Office, internet and email systems.
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Your Role as an Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
