Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is required or highly beneficial.
• Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent customer care and service delivery.
• Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• IT literacy with MS Office and email/internet proficiency.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Generate and book property valuations.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers.
• Negotiate offers and agree sales.
• Progress sales to exchange and completion.
• Maximise opportunities to schedule appointments for the Mortgage Advisor.
