Job summary

Connells Group in Witney is seeking a highly motivated Senior Sales Negotiator / Property Lister to join our leading estate agency team. You will win new instructions, list properties and consistently deliver outstanding customer service.

Develop relationships with clients face-to-face and by phone, maximise opportunities to book appointments for our Mortgage Advisors, and progress within Connells Group through a clear career pathway.

Qualifications

• Experience in estate agency, property listing or sales.
• Proven ability to generate new instructions.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence required.

You will build strong relationships with new and existing clients, both face-to-face and over the phone, and maximise every opportunity to book appointments for our in-house Mortgage Advisors.

• Be confident in generating new business in a target-driven environment
• Deliver outstanding customer care and customer service
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence
