haart Estate Agents in Wembley is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our team. You will leverage market knowledge and sales expertise to drive successful transactions, while earning via an uncapped commission structure and enhanced bonus schemes.

You will manage vendor and buyer relations, arrange viewings, and nurture pipelines to exceed targets. Customer service and proactive outreach are essential in this senior role.

• Liaising with prospective venders and buyers and arranging property viewings in line with their needs
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with venders and buyers
• Marketing properties to buyers utilizing various marketing skills
• A focus on generating new and repeat business
• Canvassing the local area
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards
