Job summary

THOMAS Professional in Maidenhead is seeking a driven Senior Sales Negotiator to manage the sales process from enquiry to completion and to build strong relationships with vendors and buyers. You will contribute to branch performance and be part of a fast-paced, supportive team.

The role offers a basic salary of £25,500 plus uncapped commission, with an opportunity for career progression within the company.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator or Senior Sales Negotiator within residential estate agency.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Experience progressing property sales through to completion.
• Positive and proactive approach to business generation.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Professional and presentable manner.

Responsibilities

• Register applicants and match them to suitable properties.
• Conduct property viewings and provide excellent customer service.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers.
• Generate valuations and new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, purchasers, and local stakeholders.
• Manage the sales process from offer agreed through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
• Support and mentor less experienced negotiators within the team.
• Achieve and exceed individual and branch targets.
• Maintain accurate records on the company CRM system.

Senior Sales Negotiator

Location: Maidenhead

Salary: £25,500 to £35,000 Basic Salary Plus Commission

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am-6pm) with alternate
Saturdays (9:00am to 3:00pm) and a day off in lieu during the
week

experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join a successful and

step in their career, support junior team members and play a key
role in driving branch performance.

Working within a fast paced and supportive environment, you will
be responsible for managing the sales process from initial
enquiry through to completion, building strong relationships with
vendors and buyers, and contributing towards the overall success
of the branch.
