Job description

Job Title: Senior Sales Negotiator

Company Overview:
Clearview Recruitment are thrilled to be working with our client, a well-established multi-office estate agency in Oxford (OX2). Renowned for their personalised approach to property services, their experienced team works with a diverse range of residential properties across the region.

Role Overview:
We are recruiting an experienced Sales Negotiator to join the busy and collaborative Oxford team. This role offers an exciting career challenge with a varied portfolio of properties and an excellent work-life balance. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Generate market appraisals, develop new business, and manage a personal portfolio of clients to meet or exceed targets.
  2. Liaise with prospective purchasers, vendors, and viewing staff, arranging appointments and negotiating offers.
  3. Proactively manage applicants, ensuring databases (such as Reapit) are up-to-date to maximise opportunities for new instructions.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, providing regular feedback and updates.
  5. Prepare property marketing materials and communicate with potential purchasers at the launch of new properties.
  6. Contribute to the overall success of the sales department by achieving profitability and maintaining compliance with company standards.
  7. Cover for team members as required, particularly during holiday periods.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator or similar role within residential property sales.
  2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships with clients.
  3. Familiarity with property management databases such as Reapit (or similar) is a plus.
  4. A valid UK driving license.
  5. Target-driven with excellent organisational and negotiation skills.

Package and Benefits:

  1. £25,000 plus OTE up to £40,000 (DOE)
  2. Car allowance included (DOE)
  3. Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
  4. 1 Saturday morning in every 4 needed to be worked
  5. Flexible benefits package including additional leave options, health cash plans, and a cycle-to-work scheme.
  6. Regular team social events, including quiz nights, curry nights, and monthly office drinks.
  7. On-site parking and other great perks.
