Job summary

butters john bee Estate Agent in Newcastle-under-Lyme is seeking a Senior Sales Negotiator to join a high-performing team where experience and ambition are recognised and rewarded. You will liaise with prospective vendors and buyers, negotiate offers, schedule viewings, and develop lasting relationships while aiming for uncapped earnings and clear career progression.

To succeed, you should hold a Full UK Driving Licence, be eligible to work in the UK, and demonstrate outstanding customer service

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence is essential.
• Ability to work with others to create a positive team environment.

• Good telephone manner and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with prospective vendors and buyers and arranging viewings.
• Negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and buyers.
• Marketing properties to buyers and generating new business.
• Canvassing the local area and supporting pipeline growth.
• Door knocking and leaflet dropping as required.
• Ensuring properties adhere to health and safety standards.
