I have an exciting opportunity to join my established client, based in Ilkeston, DE7, as a Sales Negotiator/Senior Sales Negotiator.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ever-growing, well-known independent estate agents who have a fantastic reputation for providing exceptional customer service to its clients and providing a friendly, supportive working environment for its employees.

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with proven Property Sales Negotiation experience to join and continue to grow the business and provide exceptional levels of customer service.

About the role:

• Manage incoming property inquiries professionally
• Conduct viewings and deal with offers
• Deal with sales progression and resolve any issues
• Professionally deal with clients face-to-face, by phone and e-mail
• Build rapport when booking market appraisals, viewings etc
• Consistently canvass for new business and opportunities
• Daily administrative duties
• Provide support to colleagues and management
• Starting salary around £30,000 - salary dependent on experience
• Competitive Bonus Scheme
• Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:30
• Saturday 09:00 – 15:00 (Day in lieu for Saturday)
• 28 days holiday inc bank holidays

About you:

• Proven experience in Sales Negotiation/Property Sales/Estate Agency is essential
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Full UK Driving Licence with access to own vehicle - essential
• Self-motivated and target driven
• Ability to work under your own initiative
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multi-task
