We’re hiring a Sales Manager to join a rapidly growing national automotive business — a place where ambition is rewarded, and your ability to lead from the front will directly impact your team, your customers, and your earnings.

About the Role:

As Sales Manager, you’ll be overseeing a team of Finance and Business Managers who arrange vehicle finance packages for customers across a fast-paced operation.

This isn’t just about shifting metal — it’s about managing end-to-end customer journeys, ensuring compliance, maximising finance conversions, and helping the team deliver first-class service and profit.

You’ll play a crucial role in:

Leading and coaching the team to hit monthly KPIs and finance targets

Managing the performance of Business Managers (F&I-focused)

Ensuring FCA compliance and responsible lending practices

Driving conversion rates and improving customer experience

Reporting on team performance, process improvement, and ROI

Creating a positive culture of accountability, integrity, and sales excellence

️ Previous experience in automotive sales and/or finance is ideal

️ Strong leadership skills — able to coach, manage and motivate a sales team

️ Track record of hitting targets and improving performance

️ Understanding of vehicle finance and compliance standards (FCA knowledge is a bonus)

️ Comfortable working weekends — this role requires 5 out of 7 days, including weekends

️ A hands-on approach with strong people skills and commercial focus
