Job summary

Connells Group in Aylesbury is seeking a highly motivated Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join Brown & Merry's residential sales team. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service while driving branch results and developing opportunities across the sales process.

You will generate valuations, conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, progress sales to exchange and completion, and support the Mortgage Advisor with appointments.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience.
• Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
