Job summary

Connells Group in Camberley is seeking a Senior Estate Agent / Sales Negotiator to join the Gascoigne Pees residential sales team. The role offers a strong earning potential with uncapped commission and a clear career ladder within the UK’s leading property services business.

You will deliver exceptional service, generate valuations, conduct viewings, negotiate offers, and progress sales to exchange and completion while supporting the Mortgage Advisor with appointments.

Your Role as an Senior Sales Negotiator

The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:

• Generating and booking property valuations
• Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
• Negotiating offers and agreeing on sales
• Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
• Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor

Skills and Experience We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you will:

• Ideally, have previous sales experience

• Be resilient, positive, organized, numerate and detail-oriented
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
