Connells Group in Aylesbury is seeking a Senior Estate Agent / Senior Sales Negotiator to join the Brown & Merry residential sales team. You will deliver exceptional service to buyers and sellers while driving branch results, including valuations, viewings and progressing sales to exchange and completion.

Qualifications

• Ideally, have previous sales experience and ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
• Deliver outstanding customer care and service.
• Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented.
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.
