Ultra in the United Kingdom seeks a dynamic Sales Manager to drive growth across SATCOM, radios, Troposcatter and C2 software. You will own the full sales cycle, expanding the customer base beyond partners and identifying new opportunities.

You will collaborate with engineering and product teams, travel regularly across the Indo-Pacific, UK and Europe, and help shape bids while ensuring timely delivery. A hunter mindset and UK driving licence are essential, with SC clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Hunter mindset with ability to identify and close new business.
• Willingness to travel across Indo-Pacific, UK and Europe.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Eligibility to obtain UK security clearance (SC).
• Experience in defence/tech sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across assigned territories and product lines: sourcing, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and contract close.
• Develop and manage the sales funnel from prospecting to order conversion.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to translate customer needs into compelling offers.
• Maintain accurate pipeline visibility and CRM records.
