Job summary

Ultra Intelligence & Communications is seeking a proactive Sales Manager for the UK, responsible for driving new business across SATCOM, C2 software, and related product lines. You will own the full sales cycle, collaborate with engineering to shape offers, and travel regularly to develop opportunities.

The role requires a hunter mindset, willingness to travel across the Indo‑Pacific, UK, and Europe, and the ability to obtain UK security clearance. A UK driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• A proactive, hunter mindset with a track record (or clear evidence of potential) for identifying and closing new business.
• Strong collaboration skills across functions to align solutions with customer needs.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the Indo-Pacific, UK and Europe based on business needs.
• Full UK driving licence & use of a car.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain UK security clearance (SC).

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle across assigned territories and product lines: sourcing, qualification, proposal development, negotiation and contract close.
• Manage the sales funnel and close opportunities from prospecting to order conversion.
• Lead cross‑functional teams during pre‑sale stages and translate customer needs into compelling offers.
• Build and strengthen relationships with customers, agents, governments and partners.
• Ensure bids and proposals are delivered on schedule in partnership with engineering and operations.
