Qualifications

• Experience in business development or sales leadership within electronics manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing and/or electronic components.
• Proven track record of winning new business and building long-term relationships.
• Comfort with attending trade shows and networking events.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic plan to generate new revenue opportunities.
• Identify and engage prospective customers through outreach and networking.
• Generate new business through proactive prospecting and cold calling.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions and industry events.
• Build a strong LinkedIn/online presence to create opportunities and brand awareness.
• Expand opportunities within existing accounts and cross-sell into related units.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience from enquiry to delivery.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Stay informed on industry trends, customer requirements and competitor activity.
