Job summary

microTECH Global Limited in Luton, UK is seeking a Senior Electronics Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery from client enquiry to production. This role combines hands-on hardware work with technical leadership across analog and digital design, plus PCB layout teams in a hybrid/remote setup.

You will manage client specs, capture requirements, report progress, and coordinate subcontractors as needed. Experience with Altium or Cadence and CAN/Ethernet/USB protocols is desirable.

Qualifications

• Commercial track record of end-to-end project ownership and delivery.
• Experience providing technical direction to hw/PCB engineers.
• Strong client-facing skills (requirements capture, technical reporting).
• Mixed analogue and digital design with micro-controllers.
• Schematic capture with Altium and/or Cadence.

Responsibilities

• Project Ownership: end-to-end delivery from enquiry to production.
• Client Management: primary technical contact to capture specs and manage scope.
• Technical Leadership: direct/review work of electronics and PCB engineers.
• Hands-On Hardware: circuit design, simulation, board bring-up, fault finding.
• Documentation & Testing: write reports and support EMC/qualification.
