SNR SALES MANAGER

Up to £75k + BONUSES + Car Alloance & Fuel Card

Key Accountabilities

  • Maximize client profitability through collaboration on UK ocean products and multi-channel offerings.
  • Build global partnerships and provide performance reports to the UK Board.
Skills Required
  • Strong leadership and team management.
  • Expertise in financial management and reporting.
  • Strategic, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • In-depth knowledge of international and domestic freight operations.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, especially Salesforce.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
  • At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a senior sales role.
  • Proven success in driving growth within Freight Forwarding and Supply Chain.
  • Experience in business strategy, financial management, and operations.
  • Preferred: Industry certifications or relevant degrees.
  • Strong understanding of operational responsibilities, including OH&S compliance.
