The Senior Manager builds and implements detailed plans to achieve business unit and company objectives, as set out and agreed by the Senior Leadership Team. While primarily directing one business unit, this role also impacts global affairs.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Identify and develop new business contacts for contractor requests.
• Develop plans to achieve sales, financial, and budget goals with regular monitoring and reporting.
• Support supervision and management of sales and admin activities based on business objectives.
• Set and review objectives with direct reports regularly.
• Identify training needs and guide team members to achieve competency levels.
• Participate in site visits (UK and overseas) and assist in related activities.
• Monitor service levels, refine customer service, and improve standards.
• Introduce new services to clients within geographic boundaries.
• Promote open communication and uphold the company's vision and values.
• Develop a success culture based on objectives, responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure legal and contractual compliance.
• Support sales team coverage and handle urgent queries during absences.
