$B Cyber Vendor is searching for a Senior Sales Manager to lead a team of Account Executives across the DACH Territory.

We are looking for a driven individual who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and knows how to lead, coach, and motivate their team to overachieve their quota.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive strategic "go to market" business plans
  2. Manage the team’s performance and productivity to achieve targets
  3. Motivate and drive high-performance teams and promote a culture of achievement
  4. Develop comprehensive sales and business plans to acquire new clients
  5. Establish a "trusted partner" relationship internally and externally
  6. Deep knowledge of sales cycles and hands-on sales experience
  7. Follow up with accounts, formally and informally, to measure satisfaction level
  8. Participate in industry activities, organizations, and trade shows as assigned
  9. Handle customer escalations
  10. Collaborate with the marketing team to build a solid go-to-market strategy

Requirements:

  1. At least 3 years of experience as a leader within a software business
  2. Proven track record of success
  3. Strong leadership skills
  4. Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC
  5. Excellent presentation and communication skills (verbal and written)
  6. Travel required as needed, mostly within Europe
