Duties and responsibilities related to the Senior Sales Manager role

  1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
  2. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, using insights from market analysis to refine sales strategies and approaches.
  3. Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive set, identify new business opportunities and market trends to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to generate business, including room sales and food & beverage sales. You should be a people person who is great at growing and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
  5. Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, providing coaching, training, and professional development opportunities.
  6. Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
