You will build strategic partnerships with executive customers, lead cross-functional capture teams across Europe, and shape long-term framework agreements that position Hitachi Energy as the partner of choice for regional energy transitions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing & Sales, Business Development, or Strategic Account Management within energy/industrial sectors.
- Proven track record of managing and winning large, complex, multi-country opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales and business development activities for strategic large-scale projects across Europe, with offshore wind and renewable energy focus.
- Develop and execute customer-specific capture strategies for major opportunities valued USD 200M–USD 400M+.
- Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at key accounts, acting as a strategic partner.
- Lead cross-functional capture teams across Europe, coordinating sales, tendering, engineering, operations, and supply chain.
