Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Insights to design automated dashboards and MI for the sales funnel. You will collaborate with BI, product and GTM teams to provide clear views of monthly performance measures and support faster lead-to-live conversions for merchants.

You’ll own developing real-time reporting using Power BI and Google Data Studio, applying storytelling to highlight growth areas and address blockers across regions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in MI / sales performance analysis.
• Ability to create meaningful dashboards with commentary in Salesforce.
• Excellent communication and strong analytical skills.
• Able to manage stakeholders and challenge the status quo when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven insights across regions and LoBs to guide decisions.
• Create, deliver, and interpret product sales performance insights including transformations.
• Lead weekly cadence on product funnel insights to optimize performance.
• Provide ad-hoc insights for new GTM product launches and align with Finance.
