Job summary

Globalpayer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Sales Insights to build automated dashboards and actionable insights across sales performance. You will partner with BI, product, and GTM teams to illuminate monthly metrics and improve lead-to-live conversion for merchants.

You will drive real-time reporting using Power BI, Google Data Studio and Salesforce, delivering clear commentary and identifying growth opportunities across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong background in MI / Sales Performance Analysis (min 4 years experience).
• Ability to create meaningful dashboards with value-adding commentary in Salesforce.
• Outstanding analytical skills, self-motivated and goal oriented.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to simplify complex data.

Responsibilities

• Create purposeful sales pipeline MI through automated dashboards and visualisations.
• Partner with BI, product and GTM teams to provide clear sales views.
• Drive cadence on product funnel insights to improve conversions.
• Provide ad-hoc insights for GTM product launches and regional performance.
• Forecast alignment with Finance and maintain KPI governance.
