Job summary

Glasgow Marriott Hotel is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our Sales team and drive commercial growth. You will focus on new business development, grow corporate accounts, and generate meetings and events revenue.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will conduct market outreach, attend client visits, and lead negotiations to convert opportunities into profitable business. A proactive, relationship-driven approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Proven ability to identify and convert new opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings.
• Hospitality experience is advantageous.
