You’ll be joining our passionate, ambitious Sales team in an exciting, fast-paced & high-growth environment. We pride ourselves on an amazing customer experience at MyTutor with over 95% of our at 5* and some great feedback on.

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for supporting our parents to find the right tutor for their child’s needs. You’ll be calling warm leads who have signed up to the MyTutor website and manage their journey from initial sign up to becoming a new paying customer. No previous experience working in education is necessary; we have amazing in-house specialists and top talent from the industry to train you!

This role will encompass weekday and occasional weekend working across earlier and late shifts.

The Day to Day

  • Support parents in finding the right tutor via outbound calls, email, WhatsApp, SMS, and live chat.
  • Cross-sell products to maximize customer value and meet demand.
  • Build strong relationships through excellent communication and product knowledge.
  • Provide feedback on parent needs to Product and Marketing teams.
  • Work with team leads to improve communication and processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet targets and support each other.

Requirements

Who will you be?

  • Able to work weekday and occasional weekend shifts until early evening.
  • Experience in sales targets and KPIs.
  • Enjoy helping parents find suitable tutors.
  • Energetic, enthusiastic, and customer-focused.
  • Experience with customer calls, comfortable with cold calling.
  • Excellent communicator, empathetic, driven to help.
  • Confident in one-to-one interactions addressing questions and concerns.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback collaboratively.
  • Resilient, focused, and persistent.
  • Team player with attention to detail.
  • Experience with Google Workspace (G-Suite) and CRM tools like HubSpot is preferred.

Benefits include a basic salary up to £26,000 plus uncapped OTE, hybrid working, 25 days holiday plus additional schemes, wellbeing benefits, inclusive policies, and more.
