Senior Sales Executive – European Markets

Our client, a fast-growing fintech innovator transforming international business banking, is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join their high-performing team in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to play a critical role in expanding their presence across European markets.

About the Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of new business acquisition, building a strong pipeline through proactive outreach, industry networking, and strategic prospecting initiatives. You’ll manage the full sales cycle—from identifying high-value opportunities to negotiating and closing deals—while working closely with internal teams to ensure long-term client success.

This role is perfect for a confident, entrepreneurial salesperson who understands the European financial services landscape and is passionate about delivering tailored, high-impact solutions to growing businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively drive outbound sales campaigns into targeted European markets.
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline, maintaining accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Identify and develop relationships with strategic introducing partners (corporate service providers, fund administrators, law firms, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Client Management teams to ensure continued growth and engagement of your portfolio.
  • Represent the business at events, conferences, and trade shows to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Work with senior revenue leaders to execute a growth strategy aligned with commercial targets.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling financial products or fintech solutions (experience with Virtual IBANs or FX is highly desirable).
  • Strong track record of outbound sales and closing deals in European markets.
  • Proven ability to qualify and prioritise opportunities based on revenue potential.
  • Expertise in at least one of the following sectors: Professional Services, Corporate Services, Fund Administration, Commodities, Logistics, Wholesale, or EPC.
  • Experience operating across global markets—particularly the UK and offshore jurisdictions.
  • Skilled in negotiation, consultative selling, and executive-level relationship management.
  • Exceptional communication skills and fluency in English; additional European languages are a bonus.
