Overview

Senior Sales Executive

Flair Group has partnered with an innovative, fast growing financial solutions provider who is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join their team. This hybrid position will be based between remote working and our client's modern office, located a short walk from Brighton station.

Responsibilities
  • As a Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of your own portfolio of accounts from prospecting to account management offering an award-winning financial solution used by over 200,000 small businesses.
  • You will proactively source your own leads using internal company resources, inbound leads, and market research, building your own pipeline of customers.
  • Conduct daily outreach to businesses, making 30-50 outbound calls and connecting with key decision makers, building relationships with potential prospects proposing our clients credit solutions.
  • Drive sales and reach targets by converting leads into active clients.
  • Manage customer accounts to increase their spend and satisfaction by building strong relationships.
  • Operate professionally, adhering to all FCA regulations to ensure trust and client confidence.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven success in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales Development
  • A strong track record of achieving or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills, with the ability to build strong rapport with customers over the phone
  • An adaptable mindset and a creative approach to handling situations throughout the sales cycle
  • Prior experience in Fintech or Financial Services is not essential

Interview Process
  • First stage: 30-minute intro and values call with us
