Position Overview

The Senior SDRwill play a pivotal role in fueling our B2B pipeline. You’ll befocused on identifying, engaging, and qualifying decision-makers attarget companies, creating meaningful sales conversations that lead tonew business opportunities.

This is a high-impact,outbound-heavy role that requires strategic thinking, commercialacumen, and a consultative approach to outreach.

Inyour new role you will be using various tools and techniques to gatherdata on potential clients, assessing their fit with the company’sofferings, and initiating contact to spark interest.

Byeffectively communicating the value proposition, you pave the way forthe Commercial team to engage and convert these leads into valuablebusiness relationships.

Keyresponsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prospectinto ideal B2B customer profiles across industries such as fintech,e-commerce, SaaS, healthcare, logistics, and more
  • Buildmulti-threaded relationships with key stakeholders (e.g. VPs ofOperations, Customer Support, Finance, Procurement, etc.)
  • Drive outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, andother B2B channels to create qualified sales opportunities
  • Qualify inbound leads based on detailed discovery usingframeworks like BANT, or SPIN
  • Work closely with AccountExecutives to move qualified opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Use CRM and sales engagement platforms to track pipeline andoptimize workflows
  • Collaborate with marketing on content andmessaging strategies for B2B campaigns
  • Share insights fromthe field to help shape GTM strategies and positioning

Requirements

  • 3+years of experience in a B2B sales development or business developmentrole
  • Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise buyers,preferably in the BPO, SaaS, or tech-enabled services space
  • Proven success generating pipeline through outbound channelsin a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyingcycles and ability to engage with senior-level stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with aconsultative sales approach
  • Comfortable working with CRMs,sales engagement tools, and lead generation platforms
  • Self-starter with strong time management skills and a huntermentality
  • Familiarity with outsourcing solutions, contactcenters, or customer experience platforms
  • Experience sellingto global teams
  • Background in high-growth or startupenvironments
  • Understanding of complex B2B procurementprocesses and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
