The Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager to join our growing team. This remote position will be responsible for identifying new B2B opportunities, nurturing existing accounts, and helping Curve Lab expand its presence across Europe and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach new retail partners, distributors, and agents
• Maintain and grow existing customer relationships
• Present and promote our product collection to buyers, stores, and interior designers
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and distribution agreements
• Work closely with our production and logistics team to coordinate order fulfillment
• Provide market feedback and help shape future product offerings
• Participate in international trade fairs (e.g., 3 Days of Design, Kind + Jugend)

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales (ideally in design, furniture, or lifestyle sectors)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-driven and organized, capable of working independently
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
• Strong interest in sustainable design and children's products
• Familiarity with European design markets is a bonus
