Role Description

Are you passionate about bathroom design and delivering an outstanding customer experience? We're looking for an experienced and creative Senior Showroom Sales professional to join our busy Beaconsfield showroom team.

You’ll be a key part of our in-branch bathroom showroom — working alongside a supportive team to help both trade and retail customers turn their ideas into stylish, functional spaces. Whether it's offering design advice, drawing up layouts using CAD, or guiding customers through product options, you’ll be hands-on from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Providing tailored product advice and design consultations to customers
• Using CAD software to produce bathroom layout plans and visuals
• Creating quotes, placing orders, and managing customer queries
• Supporting the presentation and organisation of the showroom
• Collaborating with the wider branch team on logistics and order fulfilment
• Occasionally visiting customer sites to better understand requirements
• Helping ensure the showroom remains welcoming, tidy, and inspiring

Competitive Salary Offered

Hours: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm alternate Saturdays

Holiday: 21 days per year plus Bank Holidays

Requirements:

• Proven experience in bathroom sales, interiors, or a design-led retail role
• Strong knowledge of bathroom products and current trends
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Driving licence and willingness to visit customer sites when needed
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
