Job Description:

By joining a Luxury House in its London store, your missions will be:

• Welcome clients to the store and guarantee a perfect luxury experience;
• Ensure personalized service, build loyalty to maximize sales;
• Support and coach the Sales team to improve their performance;
• Develop a client book by gathering clients’ details and updating CRM tools;
• Maintain and update fashion, trends, and product knowledge, and pass this knowledge to the Sales team;
• Ensure Visual Merchandising guidelines are respected;
• Support back-of-house activities (shipping, inventory, transfers, etc.).

Profile needed:

You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position within a luxury environment.

You have excellent communication skills and are driven by performance.

As a leader, you like to set an example and motivate the team.

Your English is perfectly fluent; knowledge of another language is a plus.
