Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and professional Luxury Car Parts Sales Specialist to expand our market share, enhance customer satisfaction, and drive sales performance. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of luxury cars and automotive parts, along with excellent customer communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers, providing expert product advice and after-sales support.
  • Identify potential clients and devise sales strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Analyze market trends, gather customer feedback, and optimize products and services.
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
  • Regularly report sales performance and market insights, offering improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry; experience in luxury parts or modifications is a plus.
  • Understanding of the parts market for Mercedes-Benz and other luxury car brands.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building trust with clients.
  • Team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proficient in English; knowledge of a second language (e.g., Spanish, French) is highly desirable.
