Job summary

Jewson, part of Stark UK, is seeking a Sales Supervisor for a branch role. The position is full-time with Monday–Friday 7:30–17:00 and alternate Saturdays 08:00–12:00, reporting to a branch team. You will lead new business opportunities, manage customer relationships, onboard new clients, and drive profitability through strategic sales activities.

Training and multi-skilling across duties are provided. The role emphasizes enthusiasm, decency, teamwork and pride in delivering exceptional service

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and prospecting to identify new business opportunities.
• Account management, focusing on retention and growth of existing customers.
• Onboarding and activation to maximise spend within 13 weeks.
• Drive margin and share of wallet growth through effective sales strategies.
• Manage full sales process from leads to closing and forecasting.
• Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations and presentations.
• Provide timely reports on sales activities and market feedback.
