Job summary

Cubitt & West is recruiting for an estate agency role in London. The position offers a basic salary of £21,750 with uncapped commission, including guaranteed earnings for the first four months and further support to reach a minimum combined income of £30,150.

The role is office-based, 5 days per week with some Saturdays, and requires a driving license and own car. Successful candidates will generate leads, present and negotiate sales, and provide top-tier service to clients while benefiting from

The Package:

Basic Salary: £21,750

Commission: Uncapped (with guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months, then further commission support to provide a minimum combined income of £30,150)

Work Pattern: 5 days per week including some Saturdays (1 off in 3)

Essential: A full driving license and your own car
