Job summary

Jewson in Leiston is seeking a Senior Sales Advisor to join our branch team. You will build strong relationships with customers, learn product lines, and support sales growth through proactive advice and service.

Day-to-day duties include processing orders, coordinating deliveries, and keeping customers updated. The role offers a competitive salary, staff discounts, life assurance, and generous holiday entitlement.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our friendly branch, in Leiston.

Our Senior Sales Advisor’s are an important contributor to the teams shared success and an essential part of our customers positive experience with us.

Hours: 07:30-17:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pm

• Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.
• Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.
• Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth
• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.
