Job summary

Jewson in Leiston is looking for a Senior Sales Advisor to join our branch team. You’ll build strong customer relationships, understand local needs, and provide proactive advice to ensure a top-level customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven background in Sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for engaging customers.
• Experience with in-house systems and processes is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Get to know our product lines and services to maximise customer interactions.
• Develop relationships with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone to deliver the best experience.
• Understand the local market to support sales growth plans.
• Process orders using in-house systems and coordinate delivery times while keeping customers updated.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Sales Advisor to join our friendly branch, in Leiston.

Our Senior Sales Advisor's are an important contributor to the teams shared success and an essential part of our customers positive experience with us.

Hours: 07:30-17:00 Monday to Friday and every other Saturday morning 8am-12pm

WhatYou’llBe Doing

• Get to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions.

• Develop great relationships with new and existing Customers (both face to face and over the phone), understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions so that you can deliver the best experience possible.

• Get to know the local market to support plans for sales growth

• Use our in-house systems to process customer orders, organise delivery times, and keep customers updated throughout their journey.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven background in Sales with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets, is desirable

• Strong communication and commercial awareness to be able to provide great customer service
