The Barcode Warehouse Limited is seeking a Senior Sales Administrator to support sales growth through customer-facing and administrative duties. You will work closely with the Sales Support Team, handling quotations, orders and customer communications to ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to delivery.

This office-based role emphasizes accuracy, proactive relationship management, and efficient administration using CRM systems and Microsoft Office to maintain records and support the sales

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing sales administration.
• Ability to generate quotations and purchase orders.
• Experience using CRM and MS Office.

Responsabilités

• Produce accurate customer quotations in line with pricing and commercial requirements.
• Generate and process customer purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
• Follow up on issued quotations to understand customer requirements and support conversion opportunities.
• Maintain customer records, opportunities and activities in company systems (CRM).
• Assist with sales campaigns, customer communications and commercial initiatives.
