Job summary
QA Ltd. is seeking a Senior Learning Specialist/Trainer to deliver Agile, Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled learning, coaching and advisory services across Birmingham and remote work. You will empower individuals, teams and leaders to apply modern ways of working and drive measurable business outcomes.
The role focuses on hands-on, experiential learning, data-informed improvement, and coaching for real-world impact, including certification pathways and scaling agile practices across organisations.
Qualifications
- Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or equivalent.
- Current AI fluency demonstrated in delivery contexts.
- Strong experience teaching Agile, Lean and Six Sigma methods.
Responsibilities
- Deliver Agile and Lean learning across classroom, virtual, and blended formats.
- Lead experiential sessions with simulations and real data to ensure practical application.
- Adapt delivery to mixed audiences and experience levels while staying principled.
- Support certification and apprenticeship cohorts across Agile and Lean pathways.
