AI Business Consultant / AI Transformation Consultant | £80-120k + Bonus + Equity | AI-SaaS Start-Up (Online learning platform) | Hybrid (Remote work + Domestic Travel)

We’re hiring an AI Business Consultant / AI Transformation Consultant for a fast-growing b2b2c SaaS early‑stage start‑up. Their AI‑powered learning platform helps companies train their employees to use AI effectively in their everyday work, while giving enterprises visibility of AI tools and practices. Designed to make AI practical, approachable, and empowering, the platform enables teams to unlock tangible business value from AI technologies.

You will partner with C‑level leaders to identify AI opportunities across their organisation, uncover business opportunities, and design AI‑first ways of working. You'll then help develop and lead AI adoption programmes through training, enablement and consultancy, guiding clients from strategy through to implementation of our solutions.

The role is remote based (London area ideal) and will involve extensive (mostly UK) travel to meet customers, although this will reduce as adoption scales.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with CEOs and senior leadership teams to identify AI opportunities and design AI‑first ways of working
• Facilitate AI strategy workshops and advise clients on how AI can transform their organisation
• Conduct discovery sessions across departments to identify use cases, challenges and adoption opportunities
• Design and deliver AI training, enablement and adoption programmes that drive measurable business outcomes
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders throughout the client journey
• Guide clients from AI strategy through to successful implementation of our solutions
• Stay at the forefront of AI developments, tools and best practices, bringing practical insights to client engagements
• Build strong executive relationships and identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and impact

Required experience:

• Deep, demonstrable expertise in AI, with hands‑on experience using and experimenting with AI tools and technologies.
• Proven experience advising C‑level executives and senior leadership on business transformation, AI strategy, or technology adoption.
• Skilled at facilitating workshops, discovery sessions, and consultative engagements with executive audiences.
• Experience designing and delivering training, enablement, or adoption programmes that produce measurable outcomes.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in fast‑moving, high‑growth environments.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to engage, inspire, and build credibility with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in consulting, digital transformation, AI enablement, or enterprise technology environments.
• Demonstrable curiosity for AI, with evidence of personal experimentation, side projects, or practical application of emerging AI technologies.
