Job summary

OneTrust is seeking a Principal Consultant – Solution Lead to guide complex customer implementations and to act as a trusted advisor across assigned clouds. You will lead solution design, ensure delivery integrity, and drive customer value by aligning with regulatory best practices and platform capabilities.

You will partner with Delivery Managers, CX teams, and Product Management to shape delivery strategy and scale OneTrust solutions. Travel for engagements is expected.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client-facing Professional Services role in a SaaS environment.
• Proven delivery of enterprise IT projects as an individual contributor or team lead.
• Experience planning, organizing, directing, and evaluating implementation of SaaS systems; preferably in a Data Privacy Compliance or other enterprise software professional services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design and architecture for complex OneTrust implementations, aligning with customer outcomes and best practices.
• Build trusted relationships with strategic customers and act as a senior advisor throughout the lifecycle.
• Analyse customer business processes and provide strategic recommendations to optimise the OneTrust platform.
• Monitor and guide customer adoption to ensure long-term value and minimal risk.
• Collaborate with CX Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Success to support strategy and transitions.
• Represent the voice of the customer to influence platform direction with Product Management and Engineering.
