Job summary

Flagright, an AI operating system for financial crime compliance, seeks a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive to expand our footprint across Europe from London. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle, close new logos, and build relationships with fintechs, payments and banking customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from qualification through to contract signature.
• Experience selling into fintech, payments or banking; regtech is desirable.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced scale-up with high ownership and autonomy.
• Based in or near London with right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available).
• Willing to travel up to 60% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify opportunities, demonstrate the product, engage multiple stakeholders, prepare pricing proposals, negotiate terms, close deals.
• Maintain a disciplined, well-qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
• Represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across Europe.
• Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success during evaluations to ensure successful deal execution.
