Job summary

Flagright, a London-based AI operating system for financial crime compliance, is seeking a Senior Mid-Market Account Executive to expand across Europe. You will own the customer journey from discovery through close, targeting UK & Europe fintechs and banks, and drive revenue growth with autonomy in a fast-moving environment.

You will build pipeline, engage multiple stakeholders, and represent Flagright at customer meetings and industry events, traveling up to 60% as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from qualification through to contract signature.
• Experience selling into fintech, payments or banking and/or regtech is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify opportunities, demonstrate the product, engage stakeholders, prepare pricing, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Maintain a disciplined, well-qualified pipeline aligned to revenue targets.
• Represent Flagright at events and customer meetings across Europe, building fintech crime compliance relationships.
