Job summary

MorePeople is seeking an experienced Rural Asset Manager to lead the management of a diverse rural and residential portfolio in Lincolnshire. You will blend asset management, tenancy oversight, compliance, budgeting and project delivery to maximise long-term value.

You will oversee lettings and tenancy matters, ensure statutory and landlord requirements are met, and drive capital projects with contractors and suppliers.

Qualifications

• MRICS/FAAV or equivalent professional qualification or relevant experience.
• Experience leading rural asset, estate or property teams.
• Strong landlord and tenant knowledge and property compliance.
• Experience delivering capital or property improvement projects.
• Experience managing budgets, contractors and suppliers.
• Strong commercial judgement to improve asset performance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Organised, proactive and accountable approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with high standards.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own a broad range of property and estate matters.
• Manage lettings, tenancy matters and third-party agreements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and landlord requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve asset performance and value.
• Support planning applications and development opportunities.
• Lead property improvement projects from business case to delivery.
• Manage budgets, reporting and property-related expenditures.
• Build relationships with tenants, guests, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Identify issues and provide practical, timely solutions to keep things moving.
• Maintain accurate property records and uphold portfolio standards.
