Butler Rose is seeking an Accounts & Advisory Manager in Stratford-upon-Avon with a salary range of £55,000 - £70,000 (DOE). You will join a private client-focused team serving rural enterprises, including landed estates, farms, equine and bloodstock clients.

The role requires ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualifications with strong interpersonal, analytical and communication skills, plus the ability to lead a team and develop client relationships within a collaborative firm.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication abilities.
• A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax adviser (CTA) with exposure to a varied client base.
• High level of analytical skills and a commercial approach to advisory work.

Responsabilités

• Client Service & Portfolio management: manage rural client portfolio with internal liaison, client meetings, and robust tax computations.
• Technical Delivery: deliver technical advisory outcomes and robust reporting to clients.
• Team Leadership & Staff Development: lead and develop the team, conduct reviews, provide feedback.
• Operational Efficiency & Workflow Management: drive process efficiency, oversee WIP and billing, ensure files meet quality standards.
• Business Development: identify advisory opportunities within existing and new clients, support partners and attend external events.
• Firmwide Contribution: collaborate with other teams on best practices and technology projects.
