Our client, a successful and growing accountancy practice, is recruiting for an Accounts & Tax Manager to join the rural accounts and advisory team at the firm’s Stratford-upon-Avon office. The ideal candidate will be ACCA or ACA qualified, and /or CTA.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA or ACCA and/or CTA with exposure to a varied client base.
• Significant tax and accounts experience in UK practice.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS105/102A, HMRC issues.
• Ability to deliver bespoke tax solutions for rural clients.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and commercially minded problem solver.
• Live within commuting distance.
• Willing to work outside normal hours when needed.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of rural clients with meetings, tax computations, and client service.
• Provide technical knowledge and advisory reporting to clients.
• Manage and develop the team, conduct reviews, delegate, and build capability.
• Drive process efficiency, oversee WIP, billing, and file quality; support onboarding.
• Identify advisory opportunities and represent the firm at events.
• Collaborate with other teams on firm initiatives.
