• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA) and/or tax adviser (CTA) with exposure to a varied client base.
• Strong academic results in career to date.

Responsibilities

• Client Service & Portfolio management: manage rural client portfolio with oversight of tax computations and advisory outcomes.
• Technical Delivery: provide robust advisory reporting and guidance across tax, VAT and accounts.
• Team Leadership & Staff Development: lead and develop the private client team.
• Operational Efficiency & Workflow Management: drive efficiency, oversee WIP/billing, maintain quality.
• Business Development: identify advisory opportunities within existing and new clients; build firm profile.
• Firmwide Contribution: collaborate with other teams on best-practice and technology projects.
